Awesome product - Absolutely Terrible Customer Service

My niece has been ordering this for me for years since discovering this product at the One of a Kind Show (it saves shipping fees ordering together). I placed an order myself to go in a gift basket for a July 6th get together. Placed the order on 28 June. Received notice from Undercarriage order on its way to arrive last Wednesday (which was a lie) UPS has not even received the product and after 4 emails to Undercarriage requesting if I’d get the item for this weekend, I have not heard anything. Not one email from them. So I’ve now requested a refund. Unfortunately, they too have gone from a small ma and pa company to a greedy corporation. Shame, I love supporting Canadian companies but this one doesn’t deserve my money. I wasn’t allowed to rate it a 0 so I had to put 1 in order to submit. Product and customer service go hand in hand.

Unfortunately not for me

I really wanted this to be my new favourite product. It gave me quite a rash under my arms which I had read can happen because of the baking soda. I’m not a huge fan of the scents. Was hoping I would find one that I enjoyed all day which was why I bought the Pit Pack

Deodorant

Greatest deodorant, just love the smell and the way it helps me feel better about myself when I’m out and about in the world.

Really excellent product. No rashes. Fresh smells.. sometimes I need to reapply. But this is my lifelong g brand now!

Perfect Size

Love this size. Perfect for travel and my gym bag. I also like the smaller pots because I can change up the scents more often.
