SHIPPING TIMES ARE IMPACTED BY THE GLOBAL HEALTH CRISIS. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE. DUE TO INCREASED ORDER VOLUME, ALL ORDERS CAN TAKE 4-5 DAYS TO PROCESS & SHIP.
Shipping is free for any orders $70 and over (before tax) for all of Canada and US. For orders under $70 there's a flat rate shipping of $10 for all of Canada and US.

Due to the small batch and natural qualities of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sensitivities. Please be aware of any skin allergies you may have before using our products. A skin test is recommended if you are new to natural deodorants. We do offer baking soda free versions of our deodorants. Email us if you are unsure of sensitivities before you purchase a full size firstname.lastname@example.org
Every effort is taken to assure that you receive your order in good condition, in a timely manner. We understand that customers may in rare cases receive damaged or defective products.
In the event you receive damaged or defective product, please contact us via email email@example.com within 5 days of the receipt of product to get a return authorization email and we will arrange to either replace the product or issue you a refund. We can only accept and process returns on new, unused and untested product. The returned product needs to be received with the authorization code within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the user and are not refundable.
Undercarriage Deodorant cannot be held responsible for returned products that have failed to be delivered.
