SHIPPING TIMES ARE IMPACTED BY THE GLOBAL HEALTH CRISIS. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE. DUE TO INCREASED ORDER VOLUME, ALL ORDERS CAN TAKE 4-5 DAYS TO PROCESS & SHIP.
Shipping is free for any orders $70 and over (before tax) for all of Canada and US. For orders under $70 there's a flat rate shipping of $10 for all of Canada and US.

Every effort is taken to assure that you receive your order in good condition, in a timely manner. We understand that customers may in rare cases receive damaged or defective products, or may wish to return a product for another reason.
In the event you receive damaged or defective product, please contact us via email email@example.com within 5 days of the receipt of product to get a return authorization code and we will arrange to either replace the product or issue you a refund. We can only accept and process returns on new, unused and untested product. The returned product needs to be received with the authorization code within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the user and are not refundable.
Undercarriage Deodorant cannot be held responsible for returned products that have failed to be delivered.
